This is important. Pepper spray should only ever be used to pacify a dangerous suspect. In this case it is being administered as a punishment, in clear violation of the 8th amendment and Article Five of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Activist were peacefully protesting on their campus at University of California, Davis Quad.
Friday afternoon police showed up in riot gear to disperse the protesters by using pepper spray at point-blank range.

just a little text blog
well this is my second written blog and most of this blog will be a photo-blog. at the moment i am just taking pictures with my iPhone(if you hadnt guessed already, i’ve got this lovely little camera app called hipstamatic which i love.) And thats because im sick of my digital camera at the moment, my last project at uni didnt go very well, I spent months trying lots of different ideas, things i was used too, things i wasn’t i was trying to experiment and needless to say, it did not go well and it left me dissolusioned with photography and the art world in general and left me wondering what the hell i wanted to do with my life. And only now with the help of my little iPhone im beginning to take pictures again. I’m not a person to carry around a camera all the time, i never really have been, I guess thats because ive dont have a little compact digital camera anymore, (my last one broke) i’d like to have one but its way down on my list of cameras i want with a rolleiflex right at the top & has been for some time. thats the camera i want to carry around all the time!
